Our dining program was established to ensure that all residents are eating healthy, seasonal and home-style foods. We carefully plan our menus to fit our resident’s preferences and dietary restrictions while also keeping in mind the latest health and nutrition guidelines for seniors and those living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. What this means is you or your loved ones will be met with fresh, seasonal and healthy foods, in addition to fun desserts and meal options. Many of our recipes are designed around the Mediterranean and vegetable-first healthy dining initiatives while also featuring fresh fish, chicken, beef and other hearty options. Our chefs are encouraged to be creative and bring their own flare to their meals while also making our residents’ favorite dishes.
